Eligibility for Returns
Returns may be approved only if all of the following conditions are met:
- The returned product must be physically received by NU Peptides within 30 days of the original order date (not the return request date)
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original powdered form
- Reconstituted peptides are NOT eligible for return
- Products that have been tampered with, altered, mixed, or partially used will not be refunded
- All original packaging must be intact and undamaged
- If any of the above conditions are not met, the return will be denied — no exceptions.
Return Authorization Required
Before sending anything back:
- The customer must email our support team
- Our team will confirm whether the return is eligible
- A return shipping address must be confirmed by our team before shipment
- Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted or refunded.
Return Shipping
- Customers are fully responsible for return shipping costs
- We do not provide return labels
- A valid tracking number must be provided once the return is shipped
- NU Peptides is not responsible for lost, delayed, or improperly shipped returns
Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a $30 restocking fee, deducted from the refunded amount.
Refund Processing
- Refunds are issued only after the product is received and inspected
- Products received after the 30-day window or failing inspection will not be refunded
- Refunds are processed back to the original payment method
- Original shipping fees and return shipping costs are non-refundable
Non-Returnable Items
The following are strictly non-refundable:
- Reconstituted peptides
- Opened or used products
- Products showing signs of tampering, contamination, or improper storage
- Returns received after 30 days from the original order date
- Returns sent without prior approval
